The Epps Institute considers the “whole person” to be the sum total of the combination and interaction of every aspect of a person’s life.
The Institute incorporates programs uniquely designed to meet the individual consumer’s daily needs.
The Epps Institute of Healthy Family and Community Living has plans to establish its’ initial facilities in two Mississippi’s cities, Lexington and Jackson, MS. Being a small community based agency allows individuals to be served in an environment where they can thrive and maintain access to a diverse support system outside of the agency.
Although focus shall remain on the client, limited support and assistance shall be provided to care-givers and close family members in an effort to better meet client care needs.
The Epps Institute is led by an exceptional staff of certified professionals consisting of therapist, case managers, nurses, fitness instructors, etc…, who work with agency participants to gain access to all of the resources available to them. The Epps Institute staff consists of morally driven people that have a passion for serving others and are invested in the communities where they work.
Members of the staff shares the Epps Institute mission of providing a healthy living environment through a holistic approach to patient care while remaining in a community setting. The overall goal is simple. The Epps Institute wants to keep people as healthy as possible and to unite and build relationships that will strengthen the community.
